Society "Saule", an organisation for intellectually disabled people, in cooperation with Danish Television "Glad TV" develops a joint project "Glad TV Latvia". artTECH contributes with its knowledge and provides technical solutions. Specific character of "TV Glad" lies in its work process - the largest part of the television content is made by people with different disabilities. The project "TV Glad Lavia" also involves young people, who receive training and participate in television broadcasting activities. Project is funded by Nordic Council.
